Ozarks Teacher Corps member wins prestigious scholarship award

Dr. David Hough, Dean of the Missouri State University College of Education, presents Ozarks Teacher Corps member Blane Redus with the One Room Schoolhouse Scholarship Award.
Blane Redus, a senior at Missouri State University and member of the Ozarks Teacher Corps, was recently awarded the One Room Schoolhouse Award from the Missouri State University College of Education. Recipients of the award exemplify outstanding scholarship and dedication to the profession of teaching and make a difference in the lives of students and youth.
Redus, who hails from the small town of Marionville, Missouri, was presented the award by Dr. David Hough, Dean of the College of Education, at an event held in Missouri State University's historic one room schoolhouse.
