RSC Welcomes New Team Member
Rural Schools Collaborative is thrilled to announce the hiring of Erin Lafary as Project Coordinator.

Rural Schools Collaborative welcomes Erin Lafary of Kirkwood, IL to the team as our new Project Coordinator. Erin will lead RSC’s Social Media efforts and assist with digital communications.
Rural Schools Collaborative is delighted to share that we have hired a new team member, Erin Lafary. Erin will serve as Project Coordinator, a new role at RSC, leading our social media efforts and supporting various campaigns and digital communications. Living in Kirkwood, IL, Erin joins RSC as we continue to work to grow our Regional Hub Network, support asset-based rural storytelling in education, and connect network partners to each other and funding opportunities.
In previous roles, Erin served as Director of Marketing and Communications at First Congregational United Church of Christ, Moline, IL, Assistant Director of Admission and Campus Visit Coordinator at Monmouth College, and Executive Assistant at the Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Erin brings experience in rural classrooms, having served as a substitute teacher in west-central Illinois, working primarily with elementary students.
