Sustainability Saturday: A Geodome in the Plains

Originally proposal by several middle school students, the Geodome has become an integral part of environmental learning at Wagner Community School. The year-round green house includes a passive solar design and can withstand 130+ mph winds and over 8 feet of snow. The dome includes a pond to grow aquatic plants and is home to several fish.
