Students from around Hazard, Kentucky have participated in the Building it Forward tiny house project. Students get the chance to participate in hands-on learning surrounding construction and sustainability, gaining experience in constructing a tiny house. They get the chance to learn about the growing tiny house movement worldwide to live more sustainably and simply. The tiny houses are then auctioned off with the proceeds feeding back into the next year’s program.
