The Panola School District received a nearly $100,000 Farm to School grant to expand its current Panola Agriculture Program with a greenhouse and aquaponics system. They hope to increase local producer engagement with a new community liaison and expand access to healthy foods and decrease food insecurity in the area through taste testing, healthy food distribution and local foods education.
