Through the support of Idaho Power’s Green Power Program, Salmon Junior Senior High students received a 3.8-kilowatt photovoltaic system, which will generate clean energy for the school as well as serve as an education tool to bring energy topics to life in the classroom. The system’s performance data will feed into classroom plans and further encourage the development of renewable energy educators.
