Dr. Jaime Festa-Daigle joined the Rural Schools Collaborative GRAD Partnership team as the Arizona Rural Schools Regional Hub Coordinator for the GRAD Project in July of 2025. A passionate advocate for students and teachers in rural communities, Jaime is excited to develop a network of rural schools focused on increasing graduation rates and extending opportunities for all Arizona students.
Jaime began her career teaching civics and English to multilingual learners in Phoenix before relocating to Lake Havasu City, where she spent more than a decade teaching social studies and advising student government. She served as a building and district leader in Lake Havasu City and now serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning in Flagstaff, Arizona. Jaime earned her doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University. She became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2007 and has mentored teacher candidates across the state ever since.
In addition to her work with RSC, Jaime is a Flinn-Brown Fellow and has served on numerous boards focusing on rural education, teacher leadership, and civic engagement. Through every role she takes on, Jaime remains committed to advancing equity, supporting educators, and ensuring that all students—regardless of geography—have access to a high-quality, engaging, and empowering education.
