Tasha Werry

Tasha Werry started her career as a teacher and then a grant coordinator for Marietta City Schools. Through the grant work, she realized a need for deepening the relationship between the community, local businesses, and the schools in the county.
Building upon existing efforts, Tasha supported the founding of Building Bridges to Careers (BB2C) in 2012 to connect students, teachers, and parents to business and community in order to increase career connections for students.
She went on to complete her Educational Doctorate in 2016, with BB2C as the focus of her research, and is now the Executive Director. BB2C is currently scaling the concept in other regions and states.
