Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) - University of Indianapolis

CELL Indiana Rural Teacher Corps is an emerging effort to strengthen the rural educator pipeline across Indiana. Building on the relationships CELL has developed with rural schools through the Rural Early College Network through two iterations, they are exploring a partnership with Ball State University around teacher recruitment and preparation, as well as graduate credentialing opportunities for current educators. Their goal is simple: help rural communities grow future teachers, support and retain the teachers they already have, and expand opportunities for students through dual credit and Early College.
